     Check back here on the right side of the page and select which format you want

5.  Enter the price if you want to spend a minimum

6.  Enter the price if you want to spend a maximum

WARNING: the search engine selects the price of the tile without 21% VAT, this you must consider!

7.  Click "SEARCH"

8.  This takes you to a page that gives a range of different tiles that meet your criteria

9.  Click on an article line or the picture before and you get one product of the selected articles with lots of info

    Click on a product line or the photo that preceeds
     
  5. PRODUCT PAGE
    Enter the quantity you want and click on OFFER
     
  6. OFFER (step 1)
    Click CONTINUE SHOPPING if you still want to add an article
    Click UPDATE  if you want to change something in the foregoingl
    Click PRINTOUT if you want to complete the offer

You can repeat this for other choice options that you create and then you can compare the different offers later.

     Click CHECKOUT

  7. E-MAIL ADDRESS (step 2)
     Enter eventually a comment
     Click CONFIRMATION

  8. CONFIRMATION (step 3)
     You will receive an email confirmation of your request

     Enter a quantity number and click ORDER

     Enter eventually an appropriate reference and accept the GENERAL CONDITIONS

HOW DO I MAKE CORRECTION OF MY BILLING AND/OR DELIVERY ADDRESSES?

1.  LOGIN

2.  Click on MY PERSONAL DATA

3.  BILLING ADDRESS:
     Click EDIT: change the data
     Click SAVE

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS(ES)
    Click NEW to add a delivery address
    Click SAVE to confirm
    Click DELETE to remove a delivery address
    Click EDIT to change the address
    Click on the inverted triangle next to the dialog to select a delivery address if there is more than one possibility

5. Click UPDATE



WHAT DOES IT COSTS TO DELIVER THE TILES WITH ME?

The prices in the shop are valid for collection at our depot.

We will offer you with pleasure a delivery at your place. The rates are depending from the weight of the order and your destination.



I DON'T FIND THE TILE I'M LOOKING FOR - MANUAL OF THE SEARCH ENGINE

1. Click on TILES in the main menu on the HOMEPAGE.

2. Top right you will see a dialog box with a magnifying glass next.
    Here you can start a search for a product.

This search engine is based on the original item description of the product.

For example:

Brand: VILLEROY & BOCH

Series: NEWPORT

Item description: NEWPORT CARAMEL 2722 DK40 0 60X60

You can find a product by typing in the box with the magnifying glass:

1. Brand: VILLEROY & BOCH: then you get all stored tiles in our website of Villeroy & Boch.

2. Series NEWPORT: You will get an overview of all the tiles from the series Newport of the brand Villeroy & Boch.

3. Item description 2722 DK40 0: You get immediately the searched tile.

4. Size: 60x60: You get all the tiles in our shop saved with the size 60x60 for all brands.

You can always refine the search alphabetically or by arrangement with a price: click here for the inverted triangle next to  "Name (A-Z) at the top of search results.

IMPORTANT: COMPLETE THE DIALOG BOX WITH ONLY ONE OF THE DATA ABOVE ( 1 - 4 ). DON'T MAKE A MIX OF THEM!
